These terms apply when you use the RRecovery Truck website or request vehicle recovery, towing, transport or jump-start assistance from us.

Quotes and bookings

Please provide accurate information about your vehicle, its condition, location and destination. Prices depend on the information supplied, distance, access, vehicle condition and work required. We will confirm the price or pricing basis before starting work where reasonably possible. Additional work requested or circumstances not disclosed when booking may affect the final price.

Access and vehicle condition

You must have the authority to request work on the vehicle and provide safe, lawful access. Please remove valuables and tell us about existing damage, mechanical problems, locked wheels, missing keys, modifications or anything else that may affect safe loading and transport. We may refuse or stop work where conditions are unsafe or unlawful.

Arrival times

Any arrival time is an estimate. Traffic, weather, road closures, emergencies, vehicle availability and the location of earlier jobs can cause delays. We will try to keep you informed where possible.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is completed unless another arrangement has been agreed. The customer is responsible for the agreed charge and any clearly explained additional costs resulting from changed instructions or undisclosed circumstances.

Cancellations

Please cancel as soon as possible. If a recovery vehicle has already been dispatched or costs have already been incurred, a reasonable call-out or cancellation charge may apply where this was explained when the service was arranged.

Care and responsibility

We take reasonable care when handling vehicles. RRecovery Truck is not responsible for pre-existing damage, faults caused by the vehicle’s condition, loss of items left inside the vehicle, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under Irish consumer law.

Website information

We aim to keep the website accurate, but availability, coverage and other details may change. Website content, branding and photographs belonging to RRecovery Truck may not be copied or reused without permission.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Irish law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be dealt with by the Irish courts, subject to any applicable consumer rights.
